1. Service
Alenta Charge is provided by Alenta AS, Norwegian organisation number 916 797 648 MVA. The service provides EV charging at the listed locations.
2. Pricing and payment
The applicable price is shown before charging starts. Up to NOK 300 may be reserved on the payment method. After the session, only actual consumption and any clearly stated time or parking fees are charged.
3. Your responsibilities
You must verify that the correct charger is selected, follow on-site instructions and use an approved cable and vehicle. Faults or damage must be reported immediately.
4. Interruptions and liability
Charging may be interrupted due to technical faults, safety concerns, power outages or grid limitations. Alenta AS is not liable for indirect loss but will refund documented incorrect charges.
5. Privacy
We process email, payment reference, charger, timestamps, energy use and technical logs to provide the service, send receipts, prevent misuse and meet accounting requirements. Card details are stored by the payment provider, not by Alenta.
6. Retention and your rights
Accounting records are retained for the period required by law. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Requests for access or deletion may be sent to post@alenta.no.
