Charge users for EV charging

Let guests and customers pay for the charging they actually use.

With Alenta Charge, owners of compatible EV chargers can make external charging sessions payable without manually settling electricity use afterwards. Pricing and access are controlled digitally while metered consumption forms the basis of the final settlement.

From free electricity to controlled guest charging

For hotels, rental properties, businesses and other charger owners, EV charging can otherwise become an unknown cost. Alenta Charge separates paying external users from employees, company vehicles, residents and other groups that should receive different terms.

Set the pricing rules

The owner can set energy pricing and other supported tariff components for the charge point. Terms are stored for each individual charging session.

Let users pay themselves

A QR code or charger code opens the payment flow. The user sees the price and registers a card before a payable charging session can start.

Metered consumption

Energy is recorded from the charging session and combined with locked pricing terms to calculate the final amount.

Authorisation and final settlement

An amount is authorised on the card before charging. After charging, the actual final amount is captured within the authorised limit and the unused reservation is released.

Free or separate pricing for selected users

Approved user groups can receive free charging or separate terms while their consumption is still recorded.
