Connect Easee to Alenta Charge

Before Alenta Charge can register your Easee charger, select Alenta Charge as the operator for the charging site.

Open Easee Portal
! In the operator dialog, tick the attention acknowledgement before selecting Change. The list of available operators will then appear.

Open Easee

Open the Easee app or Easee Portal and sign in with an account that manages the charging site.

Choose the charging site

Select the site or charger that you want to connect to Alenta Charge.

Set Access Control to Private

Open Access Control and set the site to Private.

Open Operator

Go to Operator. Tick the attention acknowledgement and select Change to display the available operators.

Select Alenta Charge

Find and select Alenta Charge in the operator list and confirm the change.

Notify Alenta Charge

When Alenta Charge is selected as operator, send us the address/location, Easee serial number and contact person. We will then register the charger to the correct owner and location.

Done

Once Alenta Charge is selected as operator, we can import the charger, verify the OCPP setup and connect it to the correct owner and location.

Already have an EV charger?

Tell us the brand and model and we will check free of charge whether the charger or charging installation can be used with Alenta Charge. No fixed monthly fee.
