Connect Zaptec to Alenta Charge

Follow these steps to give Alenta Charge access to your Zaptec installation and connect the chargers to our OCPP service.

Sign in to Zaptec Portal

Sign in with an account that has administrator access and open the installation you want to connect to Alenta Charge.

Add Alenta Charge

Open Access and choose Give access. Add charge@alenta.no under Users, continue and grant Alenta Charge Service access.

Enable OCPP

Go to Settings → Authentication → OCPP-J 1.6 authentication and enter wss://charge.alenta.no/ocpp/{deviceId}. Keep {deviceId} exactly as shown.

Check settings

Make sure Stand-alone mode is disabled and Authentication required is enabled. Save the changes.

Notify Alenta Charge

Send us the installation name, charger name, Zaptec serial number, address/location and contact person. Multiple chargers can be included in one email.

Done

Once the charger is registered and the OCPP connection is verified, we connect it to the correct owner and location in Alenta Charge.

Already have an EV charger?

Tell us the brand and model and we will check free of charge whether the charger or charging installation can be used with Alenta Charge. No fixed monthly fee.
